Investments into Internet media are the fastest growing investments in media field and shifting customer interaction online is irreversible trend. Potential of internet media however is still not fully exploited. That creates an opportunity for us to further extend our activities in Online area.

Field that was positively influenced by the economic crisis

Internet presentation of a company, as well as online presentation of its products and services is becoming increasingly important. General emphasis on cost savings and monitoring of recovery of investments supports this cause, because internet makes easy and accurate analyses of data possible. In our company we integrated all of the activities relating to the Online marketing, sales, and customer care into one department, named Online Channels.

On the internet, customers can find information about products and immediately order them

In Online Channels we focus on three main areas: Online Marketing, internet sales and customer care. Colleagues from Online Marketing manage marketing campaigns, electronic communication with customers and they are also responsible for further internet presentation of our company. Our goal is to promote our services in places on the internet where our current and potential customers spend much of their time. Direct sales team makes sure that our customers can purchase whatever product or service they discover on the internet and are interested in. And of course it is also important that purchase of services online is transparent, comfortable and advantageous for our customers. If we want to develop internet into one of the fully valued distribution channels, we need to further develop our online activities

Knowledge of internet is not enough

People who work in our department must not only have detailed knowledge of internet and modern technologies, but also general understanding of marketing and sales, ideally of technologies and/or services. In order to keep up to speed with current trends, our people must self-educate themselves and work really hard. That is why we need people who are dynamic, self-motivated, communicative and flexible.
