Recruitment process
Working in our Sales Team involves intensive interaction with our customers. Therefore, the applicants for these positions go through a specific selection procedure called an Assessment Center (AC):
- The first round is conducted over the telephone in the form of short interview with the representative of Human Resources.
- If the applicant is successful in this first round, he/she will be invited to participate in a second round in the form of an AC.
- There, the candidate will have the opportunity to meet other applicants for the same position.
- The candidate will also have an opportunity to meet the prospective direct superior.
- And to demonstrate his/hers sales experience and undergo psychological testing.
- At the very end, the candidate will meet with representatives of our company who participated in the AC and we will give him/her an opportunity to ask questions related to the position.
