I agree that Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s., having its registered office in Prague 4, Michle, Za Brumlovkou 266/2, Postcode 140 22 (hereinafter the personal data administrator) should process the personal data I provided in my resume or e-mail itself or through a processor or another person for the purpose of recruitment and staffing of a vacancy.
I agree that Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s. may hand over the above mentioned personal data of mine to its external business partners (O2 franchise shops) for the purpose of recruitment and staffing of their vacancy.
I provide this consent for a period of one year, which period commences on the day following the dispatch of this questionnaire. I acknowledge that the data will be stored electronically only and that they will be used solely for the purposes of recruitment and staffing activities within this joint-stock company. I am aware that I provide the data voluntarily and that I am entitled to withdraw this consent with their processing anytime.
