CALL CENTRE
The offered job: Call Centre External Consultant
- Consultants work in our internal Call Centres but are employed by an external business partner
- Consultants are trained by our company and obtain the same product expertise and sales skills. They learn to work with the same internal systems as our employees in the same job
- Consultants work directly in our Call Centre and their performance is managed and evaluated identically as that of our employees
- Consultants may become the company’s employees – if they are interested in a suitable vacant position
- They may choose a form of a part-time employment (recommendable for students, women on a parental leave, ...)
FRANCHISE SHOPS
The offered job: Franchise Shop Consultant
- Consultants work under the brand of O2 in the so-called Franchise shops owned by a third party
- These shops are as alike with O2 brand shops as two peas and customers actually cannot tell one from the other
- Franchise shop consultants sell only services and products of Telefónica Czech Republic
- Consultants obtain the same training as our employees in the same job
- They also work in a friendly environment and have access to new products and services in the telecommunications industry
THE DOOR-TO-DOOR SALE
The offered job: Mobile/Fixed Telecommunications Services Sales Representative
- Sales Representatives work under an agency agreement
- They pass all essential product and service trainings and further educate themselves on job in telecommunications
- Further promotion for Sales Representatives is possible
- They focus exclusively on the sale of services provided by the Telefónica Czech Republic
