Career in O2

  • All current open positions in O2 are advertised in the section Open positions.
  • If you are interested in a concrete position, fill in the Response Form, include an electronic version of your CV in Czech or English, and send it to us.
  • Your completed application will be forwarded to our recruitment department to the person responsible for the selection procedure for the particular position.
  • Following your submission of the application you will receive an automatic response with description of further steps.

At O2, we use two types of employee selection procedures:

Assessment Center (AC)

Selection of candidates for managerial positions or positions with direct contact with our customers.

One day selection process, attended by representative(s) of Human Resources, the prospective direct superior, and an external psychologist.

Job applicants participate in model situations designed to simulate the typical work environment for the particular position.

Personal interviews

Selection of candidates for Specialist roles

The selection process typically includes two rounds

During the first round, the candidate meets with a representative of Human Resources

In the second round, the candidate meets with the prospective direct superior

A written test is often part of the selection process. Tests are designed to verify the level of specific knowledge necessary to perform a concrete role.
